  • Welcome guests, with positive and friendly manner.
  • Craft cocktail by selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverage to customers
  • Checking Identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
  • Efficient and flexible in preforming various duties to ensure proper step of service is being provided to the customer.
  • Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or from guests.
  • Complete all side work as assigned.
  • Knowledgeable in bar products in order to sell and guide the customer needs.
  • Present and encourage current promotions to guests.
  • Accurately record and account for all items ordered and secure payment from guest.
  • At least 1-2 years experience at high volume restaurant. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer,wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.
  • Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol

  • Welcome guests and communicate in a friendly but professional manner throughout their entire visit to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of the food, cocktail, wine, and beer menus in order to assist guests with question and special request.
  • Respond to guest’s questions while suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, specials, etc.
  • Properly present, open and serve wine to enhance the guests’ experience.
  • Work with a purpose; continually water tables, pre bus tables, reset tables, complete side work and help fellow employees to enhance work environment.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a high-volume environment

  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point of sales system
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at workstation and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery
  • Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol
  • Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
  • Comply with sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
  • 1-3 years of experience cooking in a high-volume restaurant
  • Understanding of cooking methods and procedures and knife handling skills
  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow cooking directions
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
  • Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry heavy materials
  • Great guests with a smile in a positive and friendly manner. Establish a warm memorable first impression
  • Answer phone calls with positive and friendly manners.
  • Seats guests, following proper rotation and accommodating all guest requests when possible.
  • Coordinate reservations, walk ins, and guest waits with guests’ preferences, seating capacity and server availability while maximizing table turns.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of the restaurant procedure, rules and regulations in order accurately communicate to the guest.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant lay-out and daily special.
